Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms apply when a business uses the Voxaro phone receptionist service. They are written to be read, not to hide things. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

1. The service

Voxaro provides an AI phone receptionist. We configure an automated voice agent to answer calls to a phone number we provide, in English, Punjabi and Hindi. The agent collects the caller's name, the nature of their enquiry and a callback number, and passes those details to you by text and email.

Voxaro is a sole proprietorship operating from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

2. What the service is not

The AI receptionist takes messages and captures leads. It does not give professional advice, diagnose problems, quote binding prices or enter into contracts on your behalf.

It is not an emergency service. It must never be presented to the public as a way to reach emergency assistance. Callers with a genuine emergency should contact 911 or the appropriate emergency line.

3. Free trial

4. Fees and billing

5. Cancellation

There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@voxarohq.com. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Setup fees and paid months already elapsed are not refundable.

We may suspend or end service if fees go unpaid, or if the service is used in a way these terms prohibit. Where we end service without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current month.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Phone numbers

Phone numbers we provide are supplied through a licensed telecommunications provider and are assigned to you for the duration of your subscription. Availability of a specific number or area code is not guaranteed. When your service ends, the number is released.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous service, but the system depends on third-party telephone, network and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages caused by those providers, by network failures, or by events outside our reasonable control.

9. No guarantee of results

We make no promise about how many calls you will receive, how many leads will be captured, how many jobs you will book, or how much revenue you will earn. Any figures shown on our website — including the calculator — are arithmetic on numbers you supply, provided so you can weigh the decision yourself. They are not projections of your results.

What we provide is the tool. What it produces depends on your business, your market and how you follow up.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses — including any loss arising from a call the system failed to answer, a detail recorded incorrectly, or a message not delivered.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for meeting your own privacy obligations to your customers.

12. Intellectual property

The Voxaro name, branding, website, prompts and configurations remain ours. Your business information and your call records remain yours, and we will provide a copy on request.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are sent to active clients by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall to the courts of British Columbia.
